人外周血淋巴细胞内cAMP含量的测定方法及改进

作者对细胞内cAMP含量的放射免疫测定方法作了一些改进,使测定方法简便、实用与准确。同时测定了15名健康成人外周血淋巴细胞内的cAMP含量,结果为2.342±0.556(M±SD),与文献报道结果接近。
