福建野生猕猴(Macaca mulatta)的原虫调查

OBSERVATIONS ON THE PARASITIC PROTOZOA OF MACACA MULATTA IN FUJIAN

1987至1989年期间,作者通过粪便和血片的调查及个别死亡猕猴的内脏组织切片考察厦门坂头猴场的猕猴计106只,检出原虫9种,隶属4科6属。这些原虫均系我省宿主新记录。本文对9种原虫的形态作了描述。

Duing 1987—1989, a total of 106 adult and young monkeys, Macaca mulatta, were examined with fe-ces, blood and section of histology in xiamen. Nine species of parasitic protozoa were found, and all of them were new host records from Fujian. The morphology and specific characters of these protozoa were studied in detail. Their scientific names are as follow : (1) Entamoeba histolytica, (2) E. coli, (3) E. harmanni, (4) E. polecki , (5) Endolimax nana, (6) Iodamoeba buetschlii , (7)Cryptosporidiurn parum , (8) Balantidium coli and (9) Hepatocyst sp. Among there protozoa, the dominant species was E. coli, the serious species was E. histolvtica, and the rare species wsa C. parvum.
