福建海产鱼类寄生的孔肠科吸虫记述 被引量:2

摘要 我们近年来在福建沿海,检得海鱼的孔肠科吸虫有40种,其中有9种是新种:1.纺锤形绕宫吸虫Helicometra fusiformis sp.nov.(宿主:横带髭鲷)、2.髭鲷绕宫吸虫H.hapalogenyos sp.nov.(横带髭鲷)、3.马鲅斜孔吸虫Plagiopporus eleuthoronemae sp.nov.(鲈四齿马鲅)、4.鲾斜孔吸虫P.leiognathi sp.nov.(鹿斑鲾)、5.少腺斜孔吸虫P.oligolecithosus sp.nov.(青石斑,横带髭鲷)、6.长形足叶吸虫Pldootyle longiforme sp.nov.(横带髭鲷)、7.石鲷孔腹吸虫Opegaster oplegnathi sp.nov.(条石鲷)、8.海鳗合肠吸虫Coitocaecum mueaensocis sp.nov.(海鳗)、9.梨形尼科吸虫Nicoll pyriformis sp.nov.(黄鳍鲷)。 Forty species of opeeoelid trematodes of marine fishes belonging to 8 genera have been obtained'from Fu-jian Province, China. Amony them, 9 species are new to science and 22 species are recorded for the first time from China. All the type specimens are deposited in the Parasitologieal Research Laboratory, Fujian Teach-ers University。The diagnosis of the new species are as follows: 1. Helicometra fusiformis sp. nov. (fig. 7) This species was obtained from the intestine of Hapalongenys mucronatus. It resembles H. fasciata (Rudolphi, 1819), but differs in having the sacker ratio of 1 : 1.9; vitelline follicles extend from the lateral side of pharynx to the posterior end of body and smaller eggs 48×28—35/μm, polar flament 0.14—0. 156mm. 2. Helicornetra hapalogenyos sp. nov. (fig. 9) This species was obtained from the intestine of Hapalogenys mucronatus. It differs the related I1. upa-palu Yamaguti, 1971 cheifly in the body elongated (3.68—4. 32×0.98—1.04mm), sucker ratioof 1:1.4, ovary dieided into 3 Iobed and larger eggs 45—49×24—32μm, filament about 0. 175—0.192mm in length. 3. plagioporus eleuthoronemae sp. nov。 (fig. 15) This species was obtained from the intestine of Lateolabrax japonicus and Eleuthoronema tetradactylum It differs from the related Plagioporus occidentalis Szidat, 1944 in having the smaller acetabulum, vitelline folli-cles extend in the lateral fields from the level of the intestinal bifurcation to the posterior end of the body, the ovary Immediately in front of the anteriior testis on the left of the median linne. 4. Plagioporus leiognathi sp. nov. (fig. 16) This species was obtained from the intestine of Leiognathus ruconicus. It differs from the related P. an-gusticollis (Hausman, 1896) in having larger body (1.92—2.00×0. 460—0. 512mm), sucker ratio of 11.16, tested ellipsoid, somewhaat irregularly shaped, larger eggs 92—98×52—54μm。 5. Plagioporus oligolecithosus sp. nov. (fig. 17) This species was obtained from the intestine of Epinephalus awoara and Hapalogenys mucronatus. It dif-fers from the related p. triangenitalis Be]ouss, 1958 in having larger body (1.20—1.28×0. 560—0.592mm), larger sucker, the sucker ratio of 1:1.6, vitelline folicles from the level of the intestinal bifurca-tion to the posterior end of the body. 6. Podocotyle longiJorme sp. nov. (fig. 24) This species was obtained the intestine of Hapalogenys mucronatus. It differs from the related P. muscu-lometra Bavo—Hallis et Manter, 1957 in having smaller body (1.84—2.88×0. 512—0. 64mm), vitelline folli-cles extend from the lateral flelds of acetabulum to the posterior end of the body, ovary divided into 3—5 lobed and larger eggs 92—104×54—6μm. 7. Opegaster oplegnathi sp. nov. (fig. 32 ) This species was obtained from the intestine of Oplegnathus fasciatus. It resembles Opegaster minimus (Tubangui, 1928). but differs in the position of aeetabulum situated at the anterior quarter part of body, seminal vessicle extend to the posterior of acetabulum and smaller eggs 58×35—38μm. 8. Coitocaecum muraensocis sp. nov. (fig. 36) This species was obtained from the intestine of Muraensox cinereus. It differs from Coitocaecum parvμm Crowcroft, 1924 in the cylindrical, oral sucker 0. 140—0. 144×0. 128—0. 144mm. acetabulum 0. 208 0. 204mm. sucker ratio of 1:1.7, smaller seminal vesicle, vitelline follicles extend from the intestinal bifur-cation to the posterior end of body, and smaller eggs 60—63×42—45μm。 9. Nicolla pyriformis sp. nov. (fig. 40) This species swas obtained from the intestine of Sparus latus. It differs from Nicoll testibliquum (Wie-niewski, 1932) in the body priform shaped (2.32—3.24×0. 80—1.28mm), oral sucker 0.176—0.224×0. 224—0. 256mm), acetabulum 0. 256—0. 400×0. 256—0. 432mm. vitelline follicles extend from the behind of intestinal bifucation to the posterior end of the body, and larger eggs 86—95×49—54μm.
