摘要
本文报告寄生于小麂(Muntiacus reevesi)和绵羊小肠内的一新种病原,其形态经光镜和扫描电镜观察鉴定结果,与近似种鹿槽盘吸虫Ogmocotyle sikae(Yamaguti,1933)在体形、卵巢、虫卵的形态、阴茎囊、生殖孔和肠支终止的位置、阴茎乳突排列和子宫环数目均有明显的不同,故立为一新种,订名为唐氏槽盘吸虫Ogmocotyle tangi sp.nov.。文中对新种形态作了详细描述,并对本种吸虫鉴别特征作了扼要讨论。
The present article reports a new etiologic agent which was collected from the intestine of Muntiacus reevesi and sheep. The result of studies of its morphology found that it resembles Ogmocotyle sikae (Yam-aguti, 1933), but may be distinguished from O. sikae by : (1) body bearing shoulders, its lateral margins slight-ly turned to ventral surface of body, (2) caeca terminating over the anterior margins to ovary, (3) the cirrus pouch and genital pore being farther from the medianly transversal line of body, (4) 7 rows of papillae on the cirrus, (5) the uterine loops have 16—18, and (6) eggs 0. 027×0. 016mm, the ratio between the long and short polar filament being 2.2: 1, polar filament at opercular pole truned to anopercular one, with 5—9 minute filaments round shell opening. The morphology of the mew species has been described in detail.
