摘要
应用ICAP—9000型等离子原子发射光谱仪检测体外培养猪囊虫的组织及囊液所含元素的种类与含量。二者均含有铁、锌、铜、锰、铬、钼、钴、镍、锶、钒、砷、硅、硼、铝、钡、钛、镓、铍、镧、钪、锆、金、银、铈、钇、钕、铟、铋、铅、镉等30种微量元素。比较二者前10种必雪微量无素和钾、钙、镁、磷4种宏量元素的含量,提示囊虫组织多种微量元素含量较囊液的高,但无显著性差异;而4种宏量元素含量均较高,且有非常显著性差异。阿苯达唑作用体外培养囊虫16h后,两者所含各种微量元素均无显著性差异,但囊组织中钾、镁有显著性差异,钙有非常显著性差异;同样比较药物作用72h后,两者宏量元素(钙、镁、磷)和囊液中的铁有非常显著性差异。
The component of elements in the tissue and fluid of Cysticercus cellulosae were determined by Coupled Plasma Emission Spechrometer(ICAP). Ther were 30 kinds of trace elements in the tissue and fluid, such as Fe, Zn, Cu, Mn, Cr, Mo, Co, Ni, Sr, V, As, Si, B, Al, Ba, Ti, Ge, Be, La, Sc, Zr, Au, Ag, Ce, Y, Nd, In, Bi, Pb, Cd. Comparing the quantity of elements between the tissue ans fluid, showed that 10 kinds of trace elements had no significant, while 4 kinds of macro elements were striking significant difference. The elements were determined when the Cysticercus cellulosae after exposing to the concentration of 100μg/ml albendazole in vitro for 16h, showed that 16 kinds of trace elements in tisue and fluid had no significant difference, while in tissue K and Mg were significant difference and Ca was striking significant difference. Comparing the quantity of 10 kinds of trace elements and 3 kinds of macro elements (Ca, Mg, P) between the tissue and fluid of cysticercus cellulosae after exposing to the drug in vitro for 72h, showed that all macro elements were striking significant and Fe in fluid was striking significant differences.
