广金钱草益智作用研究

Studies on memory-improving effects of Desmodium Styracifolium

用一次性试验的被动回避性反应方法,观察到广金钱草对樟柳碱及氯霉素引起的小鼠记忆障碍均有改善作用,并能延长小鼠急性脑缺氧的死亡时间。

In this studies, the decoction of Desmodium styracifolium (dDS) can improve anis-odine-induced impairment of acquisition of memory and chloramphenicol-elicited deficit of consolidation of memory (no. of errors and % of animals showing errors were reduced and latent period were prolonged) in step down in mice at doses of 50g/kg and TOg/kg for 7 days (po), respectively. DDS at doses of 70g/kg for 5 days can prolong the time of open-mouth respiration after decapitating and survival time under oxygen-deficit status of normal pressure or sodium nitrite-induced anoxia in mice. The LD50 (ip)of dDS was 11.6±1.48g/kg, but was doesn't any death at dose of 400g/kg (po) in mice. The results indicated that dDS possesses actions of memory-improving and brain protection.
