家兔静注回生饮注射液(HSI),可显著推迟肾上腺素(Ad)诱发的心肌缺血性损伤的发生时间,显著缩短损害持续时间;HSI在150mg/kg剂量下不能推迟垂体后叶素(PAH)诱发的心肌缺血性损害的发生时间,但可非常显著地缩短损害持续时间;可显著降低哇巴因(Oua)诱发的室速(VT)、室颤(VF)发生率与死亡率;可显著提高乌头碱(AC)致颤阈,并显著降低AC诱发的VF发生率与死亡率;HSI在150mg/kg剂量下不能降低CaCl_2所致的家兔心肌损害的死亡率,但可显著提高CaCl_2阈剂量,降低VF发生率,延长存活时间。以上结果表明HSI有显著预防家兔心肌损害作用。
The Hnishengyin intravenous injection (SHI) had significantly protective effects on myocardial injury of rabbits induced by adrenaline (Ad), pituitrin (P), ouabain (Oua), aconitine (AC), and CaCl2. The results were as follows: Occurring time of myocardial ischemic injury induced by adrenaline was delayed and sustened time of injury was rem-akbly shortened by HSI. HSI under a dosage of 150 mg/kg could not delay occurring time of myocardial ischemic injury induced by pituitrin but could shorten sustained time of injury remarkbly. HSI could also reduce occurring rate of ventricular tachycardia, ventricular fibrillation and death rate induced by ouabain significanty. The threshold of induced fibrillation increased remarkbly, occurring rate and death rate of AC-induced VF decreased. HSI under a dosage of 150 mg/kg could not reduce death rate of myocardial injury induced by CaCh but could increase threshold dosage, reduce occurring rate of VF, and prolong existent time.
