当归多糖对小鼠巨核细胞-血小板发生的影响 被引量:3

摘要 采用造血祖细胞体外培养等实验血液学技术,研究当归多糖对小鼠巨核细胞-血小板发生的影响。结果表明当归多糖对正常和骨髓抑制、贫血小鼠的巨核系祖细胞增殖均显示明显刺激作用,而对外周血血小板无明显影响。提示当归多糖可能通过直接和/或间接途径激活淋巴细胞,促进其产生造血调控因子,进而刺激多能造血干细胞和巨核细胞系祖细胞的增殖与分化。 Angelica Sinensis (Oliv) Diets is a well-Knownimprotant drug in hematonic aad invigorating the circulation of blood. Angelica Polysaccharide (AP) is known as one of the main effective fractions in Angelica Sinensis. By using the techniques of culture of hemopoietic progenitor cells in vitro, we have studied the effect of Ap on CFU-Meg and platelets in normal and anemic mice. The results indicate that AP can intensify proliferation of CFU-Meg of normal and anemic mice significantly; There is almost no effect on the number of peripheral platelet count in anemic mice. Our data suggest that AP can augmont powerfully the proliferation and differentiation of CFU-S and CFU-Meg by stimulating directly and / or indirectly lymphocyte in hemopoietic inductive microenvironment (HIM) , which secret some hemopoietic regulators (such as Meg-CSF, IL-3), AP Can't promote the maturation of Megakaryocyte and platelet production, which suggest that no direct relationship between AP and TSF.
