红宝对肝损伤的防护与治疗作用及其机理研究

STUDY OF PROTECTIVE AND THERAPEUTIC EFFECT OF MOCREA TAI-SHENG CAPSULE ON EXPERIMENTAL HEPATIC INJURY

红宝10～20mg/kg灌胃5～9天,对CCl_4中毒性肝损伤小鼠血请谷丙转氨酶(ALT)升高有显著的降低效应,并能提高血清总蛋白和白蛋白的水平。病理检查可见本品能显著减轻肝细胞变性,坏死。电镜证明红宝具有保护肝细胞膜、线粒体膜和内质网完整性的作用。结果提示红宝对实验性肝损伤有显著的防护与治疗作用,其机理与保护肝细胞膜性结构的完整性和内质网有关。

The protective and therapeutic effect of Mocrea Tai-sheng Capsule on experimental hepatic injury were studied in this paper. with Mocrea Tai-sheng Capsule, 10-20mg/ kg, for 5-9 day treatment, lowering action on the rising of ALT and rising action on the lowering of TP and AP caused by CCl4 induce hepatic injury of rat were produced. The results suggested that Mocrea Tai-sheng Capsule has protective and therapeutic effect on experimental hepatic injury.The histopathological examination showed that this medicine can alleviate the condition of the degeneration and necrosis of hepatic cells. Besides,electron microscope observation confirms it can protect the membrane of hepatic cells and mitochondria and endoplasmic reticulum. The authors indicate that this ultrastructure changes was relative to mechanism of Mocrea.
