摘要
本文对鼠纤维母细胞的PI-P001进行了初步探讨。实验证明只有在激素存在的条件下,进行同位素预标记的细胞才能对肾上腺素进行应答,即肾上腺素可促进其〔<sup>H</sup>3〕PI的分解。说明鼠纤维母细胞中具有对肾上腺素反应性不同(敏感及不敏感)的两种PI-P001。实验还证实Na<sub>2</sub>SeO<sub>3</sub>可阻碍细胞对肾上腺素的PI效应。
We report here the study of PI-pooL in fibroblast. We observed that epinephrine was able to stimulate turnover of prelabeled, radioactive PI. Only cells which had been preinCubated with [3H] in ositol in the presence of hormone were able to subsequently respond to the hormone by increased loss of radio-activity from PI. Thus we suggest the existence of tow pools of PI (hormone-sensitive, insensitive) in fibroblast. In addition, Na2SeO3 inhibited PI hydrolysis of fibroblast.
