对丙基硫氧嘧啶治疗酒精性肝病的评价
摘要
在北美,应用丙基硫氧嘧啶(Propylt-hiouracil PTU)治疗酒精性肝病(Alc-oholic Liver Disease ALD)已有十几年的历史。此疗法的理论基础在于PTU可降低机体的代谢水平,而机体的低代谢水平则对酒精引起的肝脏损伤具有保护作用。现将北美(主要是加拿大和美国)在这方面的应用和资料加以介绍。
