益肾活络丸治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的成组序贯临床试验

Grouped Sequential Test of Yishenhuoluo Pills Used in Chronic Abacterial Prostatitis

目的观察益肾活络丸对慢性非细菌性前列腺炎(CPPS)的临床疗效。方法将慢性非细菌性前列腺炎患者随机分为两组,治疗组用益肾活络丸治疗,对照组用舍尼通治疗。结果治疗组有效率90.91%,对照组有效率38.46%,P=0.004,P<0.01,两组比较差异有极显著性意义,治疗期间没有发现益肾活络丸有明显不良反应。结论益肾活络丸对慢性非细菌性前列腺炎有较好的临床疗效。

Objective To observe the clinic curative effect of Yishenhuoluo Pills on chronic abacterial prostatitis (CAP). Method The patients with CAP were divided randomly into two groups. Group 1 was given Yishenhuoluo Pills, and group 2 was given Prostat Tablets. Result The effective rate of group 1 was 90.90% and that of group 2 was 38.46% (P=0.004, P<0.01). The difference between two groups was significant. The faulty reaction was not found during the treatment. Conclusion Yishenhuoluo Pills has a better curative effect on CAP.
