On the Issue of Foreign Currency Stock of Foshan Enterprises

根据上海、深圳等地企业发售外币股票集资的作法、佛山企业向外商转让股权的经验,及佛山企业发行外币股票的若干优越性。提出了发放外币股票应成为九十年代佛山企业利用外资的新形式:提出了利用香港股票市场机制与作用的可能性,和四种可行方案。

Based on the practice that enterprises of Shanghai and Shenzhen poll resources by issuing foreign currency, the experience that Foshan enterprises transfer industrial equity to foreign investors and the advantages for Foshan enterprises to issue foreign currency stock, the article proved that the issue of foreign currency stock should be the new developmental orientation for Foshan enterprises to utilize foreign capital in 1990s. The article discussed the feasibility of introducing Hong Kong market mechanism and put forward four practical schemes.
