摘要
本文阐述了计划经济与市场调节相结合的经济运行机制的涵义,探讨了计划经济与市场调节相结合的具体途径,批判了障碍坚持新经济运行机制的“自由市场经济”思潮.认为:建立计划经济与市场调节相结合的经济运行机制,是我国发展有计划的商品经济的需要,是深化经济体制改革的正确方向,是反“和平演变”的重要战略措施。
The article explained the concept of the economic mechnism of planned economy with market regulation, discussed the detailed path for the combination of planned economy and market regulation and criticized the thought of free market economy. To establish the economic mechnism of planned economy with market regulation was the requirement of planned commodity economy and the orientation to deepen the economic system and to strengthen the socialist economic construction.
