股份制是社会化大生产、商品经济发展的产物,不具有社会属性,而具较强自然性。股份制具有承包制所无法替代的功能。我国企业实行股份制有必要也有可能。企业股份化以后,公有制虽不具体化到某个企业上,但价值形态的公有制仍然存在,它不但不违背社会主义公有制的原则,而且还具有革命的意义。

Stock system, rescinding from the development of commocity economy, has specific functions unreplaced with contract system. It's necessary and possible to implement stock system in Chinese enterprises. After transfering Chinese enterprise into stock company, the value-formed public ownership still eists although public ownership is not concretized in a given stock company. That's not only in a comformity with the principles of socialist public ownership but also has a revolutionary significance.
