The Significance, Principles & Basis for the Business Organization Design

企业组织设计在我国尚属较少研究的课题。本文在明确“企业组织设计”含义的基础上，从企业组织的有效性，组织发展等方面论述企业组织设计的意义、原则和依据。指出当前我国企业组织设计存在的三个主要毛病，并对如何改善我国企业的组织设计提出一此建设。

The business organization design was less studied in our country. Based on the clear concept of business organization design, this article discussed its significance, principles and basis in regard to the efficiency and development of business organization. Meanwhile, the author pointed out the defects in our present business organization design and put forward some suggestions for itsimprovement.
