摘要
本文总结了1992年4月1日至1992年7月31日烧伤中心成立以来连续收治的186例急性烧伤病人的发热现象,其中接受MEBO治疗者37例。作者认为,导致烧伤病人发热的主要原因除了体温相对恒定的调节因素失调以外,许多介质与免疫机制也参予了发热过程。MEBO是否含有致热因素有待进一步研究和探讨。
186 cases of acute burn treated in this hospital had fever. Among them, 37 cases were treated with MEBO. Apart from the disturbance of thermotatic function, the main causes of fever are the action of some transmitters and immune factors. Whether MEBO contains any pyrogenic factor is a problem to be further investigated.
