摘要
本文通过近10年来对148例男性儿童会阴部烧伤的早期综合治疗效果进行的分析。提示:暴露疗法是会阴部烧伤的主要治疗方法,但对2～3周后仍不能愈合的创面,必须尽早行刺激性小的蚕食脱痂疗法,待新鲜肉芽生长后,行自体皮大张网状中厚皮片游离移植。
The authors analyzed the efficacy of early comprehensive treatment of 148 male children with perineum burn. Exposed therapy was the main treatment. If the wounds did not heal in 2 to 3 weeks, early nibbling decrustation was performed. After formation of new wounds, autografting with large reticular free skin graft of moderate thickness was performed. MEBO had been used to effectively control infections in the course of the treatment. The results were very satisfactory. This is an improtant measure for the prevention of local scar contracture deformity.
