摘要
本文应用MEBO与清栓酶联合治疗萎缩性鼻炎34例,平均治疗三周,二个月复查,鼻腔粘膜纤毛运动功能及嗅觉均恢复正常,总有效率97.1％,与对照组行中鼻甲切除治疗比较,其总有效率有显著性差异(P<0.05),获得理想疗效。
The authors used MEBO in combination with thrombolytic enzyme for treating 34 cases of atrophic rhinitis. The average therapeutic course was 3 weeks. The patients were checked after 2 months. The activity of the cilia in the mucous membrane of the nasal cavity and smelling function turned normal. The total effective rate was 97.1%. The 10 cases in the control group were submitted to turbinectomy and had a total effective rate of 70%. The difference between the two groups was very significant.
The authors made a discussion and proved that MEBO used in combination with thrombolytic enzyme had very good effect because this method treated both the principal and the secondary aspects of the disease. This method is very simple, economical and has high efficacy but has no adverse effects and no pains. It is worthy bo be popularized.
