摘要
本文报告了20例应用头皮扩张法治疗疤痕性秃发的体会。其秃发面积在58—230cm^2。20例病人共用扩张器31只。术后随访8个月至两年,17例头发生长、外形良好。作者认为利用头皮扩张法修复疤痕性秃发,是目前较理想的方法。
This paper reports the experience in the application of scalp expansion method for treating 20 cases of cicatrieal alopecia. The bald area was 58 to 230 cm2. 31 expanders were used. After followed up for 8 months to 2 years, 17 patients had their hair grown very well and had good appearance. Scalp expansion method is ideal for repairing cicatrical alopecia at present.
