摘要
作者自1990年将MEBO广泛应用于痔瘘病术后换药,通过与原换药方法进行对比,证实应用MEBO换药具有促进创面愈合,缩短愈合时间,止痛效果好,减少疤痕形成,预防创面水肿等作用。
MEBO was applied in the dressing change of 147 patients of post-hemorrhoidectomy and Post-fistulectomy and conventional dressing change was performed for another 147 patients. The results proved that the application of MEBO in the dressing change accelerated the healing of the wounds, markedly shortened the healing time (P<0.01). MEBO had prolonged analgesic effect and the use of analgesic drugs could be reduced (P<0.0001). MEBO also lessened the scar forma-tion and prevented wound edema.
