MEBO治疗表皮擦伤42例体会

42 CASES OF EPIDERMAL ABRASION TREATED WITH MEBO

作者自1989年11月至1991年5月,应用MEBO治疗表皮擦伤42例,全部治愈,效果满意。本组42例中39例行湿润暴露治疗,3例用MEBO包扎治疗。最大擦伤面积30×20cm,最小面积2.0×1.0cm。擦伤浅的10～18天表皮化愈合,组织损伤较深的25～34天愈合,有轻度疤痕形成,无功能障碍。作者认为:应用MEBO治疗皮肤擦伤具有可靠的止痛效果与抗炎作用,创面修复快且理想,换药简便,显著减轻患者的痛苦与医护人员的工作量。是创伤外科与家庭必备良药。

The author used MEBO for treating 42 cases of epidermal abrasion. All the patients healed. The results were very satisfactory. 39 out of the 42 cases were treated with MEBO using moist exposed method and 3 cases were treated with MEBO using bandaging meth-od. The largest abrasion area was 30cm × 20cm and the smallest 2cm × 1cm. Superficial abrasions healed by epithelialization in 10 to 18 days. Deep abrasions healed in 25 to 34 days with slight scar but without functional disturbance. The authors concluded that MEBO had relia-ble analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects. The wounds healed quickly. The change of dressings is very easy to perform. The patients were free from pains and the medical personnel had their work load markedly lightened. MEBO is a good remedy for surgical use in hospital and is a neces-sity for the family to be used in case of accidents.
