摘要
湿润暴露疗法和MEBO在烧伤各个领域正日益获得广泛的应用,我们采用湿润暴露疗法治疗电弧烧伤,减轻了病人痛苦,缩短了疗程。特别是采用MEBT与外科技术结合治疗重度烧伤需截肢(指)病人,与早期彻底清创、皮瓣—期覆盖相比,尽量保留了肢体长度,获得了独特疗效。
The authors cured 34 electric arc burn pa-tients with MEBT.
As a result, burn wound pain was relieved and the period of treatment was shortened.
In order to preserve the length of remnant limb as long as possible, they treated 11 cases with both traumatherapy and MEBT, and got re-markable effects.
The authors described the method of the treatment and the characteristics of the 11 electri-cal burn cases. They also discussed the mecha-nism of MEBT.
