生物陶瓷的孔径与种植效果的扫描电镜分析

摘要 采用孔径200-500μm、孔率40%、线收缩率为20%的自制多孔羟磷灰石,制成长10~12mm、宽4~5mm、厚2~3mm的试样,经外科手术植入兔的胫骨。在植入后2个月,3个月、6个月、12个月时分别制取胫骨标本,在扫描电镜下观察。结果显示:羟磷灰石试样无松脱,骨组织细胞未见变性,并有新骨形成,材料与骨组织结合紧密,骨组织细胞长入羟磷灰石的孔内。笔者认为,孔径200~500mm的多孔羟磷灰石作为人工骨植入材料较为合适。 The test material adopted was the porous hydroxyapatite which was made by our laboratory. The porous diameter was 200-500um. the porous ratio was 400%. the ratio of the linear constriction was 20%. The size of the porous HAP samples were 10-12×4-5×2-3mm^3. The samples were implanted into rabbits'tibia. They were examined at 2,3,6,12 month, after implantation.The results were as follows: the HAP samples were not loosening; the bone cells were not deteriorated, and new bone formed. The perous HAP and bone tissues combined tightly. Tissues and cells grew into the HAp pores as seen under the scanning electromicroscope. There fore, the porous HAP of 200-500um was the material suitable for implantation.
