摘要 开发特色餐饮产品是餐饮业竞争的必然趋势,对提高人们生活水平、扩大地区影响力等有着重要意义。淮南八公山豆腐具有历史悠久、文化价值高、品质优良、影响面宽的特点,淮南市可以通过豆腐产品创新、挖掘文化价值形成产业链,并通过举办豆腐文化节打造品牌、注重与美食旅游结合等手段开拓客源市场。 The development of characteristic food product is an inevitable tendency in the competition of food and beverage business, which is of great significance for improving people's living standards and extending the influence of an area. Huainan Bagongshan beancurd has a long history of development and high value of culture. It enjoys excellent quality and, as a result, broader well-marketing area. It is suggested that Huainan City do more work to innovate beancurd products, tap its cultural value potentialities and build up an industrial chain. Furthermore, it could also hold beancurd culture festival to make the Bagongshan brand known to the public. Undoubtedly the traveling visitors' market could be opened up by means of the combination of delicious food with travelogue.
