86例成年人癲痫病因分析

An analysis of cause of adult patients with epilepsy

诊治成年人癫痫患者86例,查明病因的73例(84.9％),由脑囊虫病引起的23例(35％);农民患者19例(占82.6％),提示继发性癫痫防治工作重点在农村.对成年人癫痫患者,要高度警惕为脑囊虫病引起.

86 adult patients with epilepsy were treated. The cause was found in 73 cases(84.9%). Out of 23 cases caused by cerebral cysticercosis, 19 were farmers(82.6%), which showed that the stress of prevention and treatment of secondary epilepsy should be put on the rural area. Cerebral cysticercosis should be suspected to be the cause of adult patients.
