摘要
中国饮食文化表现为缤纷万状的现象,需要找出其内在因果关联,才能认识其本质,把握其发展趋势。王子辉先生的《中国饮食文化研究》就是这方面的一个较早的重要成果。
Chinese dietetic culture expresses itself in riotous profusion. Its innate character can be recognized and its development trend can be grasped only when the inner relationship between cause and effect has been found out. 《A Study of Chinese Dietetic Culture》written by Wang Zihui is an earlier important achievement in this respect.
