眼眶炎症假瘤和淋巴样肿瘤的CT诊断与鉴别诊断

CT Diagnosis and Differential Diagnosis of Orbital Inflammatory Pseudotumor and from Lymphoid Tumor

本文分析了经手术病理证实的20例炎症假瘤7例淋巴样肿瘤的CT征象。弥漫型炎症假瘤和淋巴样肿瘤的CT表现非常相似,都可为占满整个眼眶的软组织影,也可为有边界的条索状或不规则状肿块影。鉴别要点有:炎症假熘一般边界不清、密度不均;周围脂肪可见密度增高影;眶内结构常受累,可有眼环增厚强化。而淋巴样肿瘤与此有所不同。

CT findings of 20 cases of orbital inflammatory pseudotumors and 7 cases of lymphoid tumors proved surgically and histologically were analysed.CT features of diffuse inflammatory pseudotumor were some similar to those of lymphoid tumors.They showed themselves as soft tissue lumps filling the entire orbit, circumscribed rod—like,irregular—shaped masses. Differential points between orbital pseudotumor and lymphoid tumor were: inflammatory pseudotumor generally to be of unclear margin, uneven density; increased peripheral fat density; involved intraorbital other structures; thickened and enhanced sclera. CT signs of lymphoid tumor were the opposite. (Fig1～6 see inset P18)
