上颌窦疾患的平片与CT对照观察

Contradistinction of the Findings between Plain Radiography and CT Scanning in Abnormal Maxillary Sinuses

30例经病理证实的上颌窦疾患的平片与CT对照观察表明,CT在发现上颌窦壁骨质异常、显示窦腔软组织以及观察毗邻结构等方面都明显优于平片。在Water氏位上颌窦内壁不呈一细薄致密线状,而所谓外壁实系后外壁的切线位投影,显示上颌窦腔内软组织肿块的假阴性超过半数,但也偶有假阳性。

The plain radiography and CT scanning of 30 patients with abnormal maxillary sinuses proved pathologically were contrasted. CT was much better than plain film in demonstration of bony wall of sinus, soft tissue lesions within sinus and adjacent structures to sinus. On Water's position, the translucency in central parts of both maxillary sinus was similar; the medial bony wall of sinus was not demonstrated as a thin dense line and the so-called external wall was the projected shadow of some parts of posterioexternal wall; there were more than a half pseudo-negative and a few pseudo-positive findings in demonstration of soft tissue mass within sinus.
