正常国人成人耳部CT解剖探讨(附51例小结)

Study of Normal Auricular Anatomy by CT (Study of 51 Cases)

笔者用高分辨CT机对正常成人51名外、中、内耳薄层扫描进行了研究,85个听道作CT解剖分析,能明确观察外耳、鼓膜、中耳鼓室、鼓窦、乳突小房、三个听小骨、三个半规管、耳蜗,迷路神经管及骨性内听道等影像,并测量其中6个有关数值,经统计学处理,初步获得正常数据,以供听道病变诊断时参考。

By using the high resolution CT scanner and thinoscan, a study on 51 adults with 85 normal auricular structures had been analysed. Antrum auris, tympanic membrane, sinus tympani, tympanic cavity, mastoidal sinusette, auditory ossicles, semicircular canal, cochles, neurolabyrinthus tube, internal acoustic meatus were clearly displayed on the image. Authors collected six groups of measure and obtained several normal values on auris by tatistic analysis for reference of auricular disease diagnosis. (Fig1～7 see inset P19)
