The Experience Of Investigution of IADSA in Intracranial Diseases (Analysis of 100 Cases)

本文报道100例颅内病变数字减影动脉血管造影(IADSA)的检查结果。介绍了IADSA和介入治疗方法。IADSA造影剂用量少、密度分辨力高、安全可靠、实时显像等有利于观察栓塞治疗效果,是颅内疾病特别是颅内血管性疾病较好的诊断和治疗手段。

The experience of use of intra-arterial digital subtraction angiography(IADSA) was reported, on 100 cases with intracranial diseases. The method of procedure during contrast and interventional treatment was introduced. With the use of IADSA, high resolution image in density could be obtained only using a small quantity of contrast media. IADSA was secure, reliable and useful before and during embolization. It was an good method in diagnosis and treatment of the intracranial diseases especially in cerebrovascular diseases of the brain. (Fig 1～5 see inset P20)
