摘要
本文论述利用语音的波形编码技术中自适应差分脉码调制.将8位码的语音数据区缩成四位数据的方法和程序.该程序也适用于其它非语音数据的压缩,并可在任何配有高级语言的微机上使用.
This paper introduces the way and programme of compressing a speech ADPCM code from 8 bit to 4 bit, by the technology of adaptive differential pulse modulation in speech waveform coding. The programme is else suited to compress other non-speech signals coding.
