氮素用量、形态和种类对烤烟生长发育及产量品质影响的研究

Study on the Effects of Nitrogen Levels,Nitrogen Forms and Nitrogen Ciasses at Growth,Developent,Yield and Quality in Flue-cured Tobacco

1987年进行了烤烟氮素用量、形态和种类试验。氮素用量分6个处理:0、1.5、3.0,4.5、6.0,7.5(kg/亩);氮素形态分5个处理:100%NO_3^-—N,75%NO_3^-—N+25%NH_4^+—N.50%,NO_3^-—N+50%NH_4^+—N,25%NO_2—N+75%NH_4^+—N,100%NH_4^+—N;氮素种类分3个处理:无机氮,1/2无机氮+1/2有机氮,有机氮。试验结果表明,氮素用量达到4.5kg/亩,1/2无机氮肥中含有75%NH_4^+—N和25%NO_3^-—N,再加1/2有机氮肥时,烟株营养体、根系活力和 ATP 含量、净光合强度、烤后烟叶化学成分、产量、品质均优于其它处理,本文还讨论并确定出了河南烟区烤烟氮素施用的技术指标。

The experiment of nitrogen levels,firms and classes in cultivation was conducted in 1987-1988.Six treatments for nitrogen levels 0,1.5,3.0,4.5,6.0 and 7.5kg/mu;5 treat- ments for nitrogen forms 100%NO_3^--N,75%NO_3^--N+25%NH_4^--N,50%NO_3^--N +50%NH_4^+-N,25%NO_3^--N+75%NH_4^+,and 100%NH_4^+-N;3 treatments for nitrogen classes,inorganic nitrogen,1/2 inorganic nitrogen +1/2 organic nitrogen and organic ni- trogen fertilizer.The results indicated that the leaf area per plant,net photosynthsis rate functional activity and ATP content of rootsystem in the treaatment 4.5kg N/mu,1/2 inorgainc N fertilizer(75%NH_4^+-N and 25%NO_3^--N)and 1/2 organic N fertilizer were higher than other treatments,the yield,quality and chemical composition of tobacco leaves were better also.The technic index of nitrogen utilization in tobacco cultivation of Henan province was discussed and determined.
