摘要
本文通过以5%苯丙氨酸强化饲料对12只4月龄成年自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)降压和12只断奶SHR预防随年龄升压作用的观察,发现:①苯丙氨酸具预防性升压作用,在雄性显示尤其早而明显;②对成年SHR未见明显降压作用;③在预防性干预组丘脑后部肾上腺素水平明显较高,分别为2.9592±0.3150、1.9965±0.5693ng/mg蛋白,可能参与增强抗高血压的机理中;④血清酪氨酸、苯丙氨酸在预防性干预组并不升高;⑤预防性干预组血浆肾素活性及醛固酮水平明显升高,可能系抗高血压后的代偿、苯丙氨酸能否作为对具明显高血压家族史者的有效预防性措施值得探索.
APhenylalanine, the raw material of catecholamine, might be implicated in the initiative mechanism of genetic sympathetic hyperfunction in hypertension. Twelve adult SHRs, 4 months of age, were fecded with 5% phenylalanine intensified forage for observing its antihypertensive effect and other 12 young SHRs, just stop at the breast breeding to, observe its preventive effect on hypertension. Result showed: (1)PhenyIalanine was exhibited preventive feffect, being much early and prominent in male SHRs. (2)No distict antihypertensive effect was seen in adult SHR. (3)The adrenaline levels of posterior hypothalamus in pre-ventive intervention group was higher than that in control, being 2. 9592 ± 0. 3150,1.9965±0. 5693ng/mg protein respectively which might be implicated in its preventive mechanism. (4)Both serum tyrosine and phenylalanine were not elevated in preventive intervention group. (5)The plasma renin activity and aldos terone were significantly higher in preventive intervention group, suggesting a compensatory phenomunum to antihyperten-sion. Whether phenylalanine supplementation can be taken as an effective preventive approach for hypertension to those with significant hypertensive genetic predisposition this remains to be clarified.
