天津市城乡居民膳食结构评价

摘要 本文报导了对2240名15~64岁城乡居民膳食调查结果.同80年代初的结果相比较,天津市居民的膳食结构有明显的改变.城市居民已出现某些营养素摄入过剩的现象,农村居民膳食蛋白质质量较差,同时存在某些营养素缺乏.在天津市居民的膳食结构中存在一些与高血压等慢性非传染性疾病有关的危险因素,主要包括高盐(钠)摄入,钠/钾比例失调.城市居民脂肪热比、动物脂肪、胆固醇的摄入偏高,针对城乡居民膳食中所存在的问题,本文探讨了营养干预的重点和方向,以改善群体的不合理膳食习惯. A food intake Survey of 2240 in Tianjin ?china ageing for 15 - 64 years old was performed , The method used in the Survey was food weighing plus three days food reerd. The results indicated that dietary habit in Tianjin citizens has greatlychanged Compared with the data in 80' s. Intake of Some nutrients were higher than desirable level for urbar people. For people in rural area in take of animal food has increased 3 times, hizhs in than that in the pant but still was lower than desirable level, some nutrients were deficiency. Some risk factors related to hypertension have been identified including high salt (sodium), high Na/K ration and other factors. Nutrition intervention has been discussed and impronement of dietary pattern has been recom-mende.
