An Investigation on the Relationship Between Cerebral Hemorrhage and Meteorological Changes

摘要 本文报道随机抽样1987年经CT确诊脑出血200例,并对脑出血发病与某些气象因素之间关系进行评估.研究数据表明在天津地区脑出血发病有两个高峰即10月份和4月份,此两个月平均气温与其前一个月相比,分别为-6.9℃和+8.6℃,也表明在天津地区脑出血发病率冬季高而夏季最低.月发病率与月温差,月平均气压呈正相关,与月平均湿度呈负相关,即月温差愈大,月平均气压愈高、月平均湿度愈低时,脑出血愈易发生,由于病例数少,未能证实脑出血日发病数与日温差、日压差、日湿度差的关系.总之,排除发生脑出血的有害气象因素,很可能有助于预防脑出血. 200 patients with cerebral hemorrhage pvoved by Ct scan, were at random collected and studied during a whole year period in 1987. The correation of the onset of cerebral hemorrhage with some meteorological factors such as air temperature. Barometric pressure and air humidity was assessd.Our data indicated that,in the Tianjin area,there were two peaks in the month-incidence of cerebral hemorrhage, e. g. one was in April and other in October, These were the months in 1987, during which the monthly average of air Temperature was increassd (+8.6℃) or decreased (-6.9℃) respectively as compared with than one month before.In the Tianjin area, more cases of cerebral hemorrhage were found in winter than in summer.The month- incidence was correlated positively with the variation of monthly aveage of air temperature as well as the barometric pressure. But it was negatively correlated with monthly average of air humidity, It denoted that a more variation of monthly average of air temperature was found, the averge barometric pressure was increassd and the monthly averege of air humidity was decreassed. More patients with cerebral hemorrhage could be found,However the corrlation of the incidence of hemorrhage with the daily abrupt variation of air temperature, pressure and humidity is inconclusive due to imenglivent mumber of patients.In conclusion elimimating the effect of meterological factors concerneel on the out breahs of cerebral hemorrhgc might be helpful in preventing this brain disordes its prospective advantage is briefly discussed.
