El Nio usually happens with the anomaly of general circulation of atmosphere and climate in the world. El Nio has close statistical relationships with the rainfall decrease in Africa, the monsoon weakening in India, and the Australian aridity. In recent years, it is also pointed out that there is a certain correlation between El Nio and Chinese climate and weather.
