摘要
在浅海移动式平台的施工设计阶段,应用价值工程的方法进行分析,在保证功能的前提下,降低了平台生活楼高度,变动了技术设计阶段选用的平台用钢、锌块、涂料和碰垫等,预见能使总的建造成本降低64万元。
Value engineering was used as a means for analysis in the mobile shallow-water platform construction design phase, On the prerequisite of not lowering the functions, the height of accommodation space was reduced; in the detail design phase, some of the materials such as steel, zinc blocks, coating and damping pads were altered. The total saving in construction costs is expected to be 640,000RMB.
