现有采暖住宅建筑节能改造措施的研究

摘要 本文扼要介绍我国现有住宅建筑节能改造的研究成果。根据测定和计算数据:通过门窗因渗透和传热引起的热损失占住宅总能耗的大部分,其中由于冷风渗透造成的热损失是主要原因。因此,改善住宅的气密性能具有很大的节能潜力。从技术经济观点出发,在现有墙体上外侧设置附加保温层是合理的,这是一种提高现有墙体保温性能的新措施。两种设置在现有窗户上的附加窗,对提高其保温和气密性能十分有效,可在北京及我国北方地区要求高的住宅上使用。 This article briefly describes the research results on energy conservation retrofits in existing residences in China. According to the measured data and calculated data heat loss through windows and doors by cold air infiltration and transmission makes up majority of overall energy consumption in existing buildings, moreover cold air infiltration is main cause. Therefore to improve airtightness of residences has great potential in reduction of heat loss. From the point of view of technique and economy, additional insulation on outside of existing wall is reasonable. This is a new approach to improve insulation for existing walls. Two kinds of extra window attached to the existing windows are very effective. They can be used in residences with high heating requirements in Beijing region or the northern part of China.
