免蒸粉煤灰制品的研究

摘要 本文系统地研究了影响免蒸粉煤灰制品性能的一些主要因素,探讨免蒸制品常规及长期性能,并提出适于生产、经济合理的设计配比。实验结果表明:加入复合外加剂,制品抗压强度增加20~50,坑折强度增加5~40%,制品28天抗压强度为20~25MPa,抗折强度为3~5MPa,耐久性合格,能满足人行路面、庭院等工程要求。 This paper discusses the routine and long—term properties of inactodaved fly—ash products, studies the main factors affecting those properties, advances the reasonable design mix propertion both economical and snitable for production. The test results show that added composites admixtures can increase the compressive strength by 20~40% and flexual strength by 5~40%, at the 28th day, the product's flexual strength and compressive strength reach 3~5MPa and 20~25MPa respectively and durability is qualified, which enables the product to meet the engineering requirements of Pavement, Courtyard, etc.
