当前,微细加工技术是各先进工业国家竞相发展的制造技术。本文在综述国外微细加工技术现状的基础上,重点介绍该技术在航空机载设备元器件制造中的应用。

Advanced industrial countries are now developing micro-machining technology. The present stat of the technology abroad is summarized, on the basis of which applications of such technology to manufacture of parts and components of aeronautical airborne equipments are described.
