摘要
本文设置了一组影响水泥性能的多因素正交试验,研究了“煤矸石—CaCo_3—CaCl_2—CaF_2”体系的最佳配料组成,在此基础上进行了流化床锅炉超低温煅烧水泥的半工业性试验。结果表明:利用煤矸石生产新型胶凝材料是可行的,煤矸石的利用率可达50%以上。
In this paper, the effects of the composition of raw materials on the properties of the cement have been studied with a series of orthogonal tests, The semi—industrialization clinkering test has been conducted in the fluidized bed using industral raw materials.
