The developent of technology and research for refrigerating and air conditioning in Taiwan

在台湾冷冻空凋之应用极为普遍,跨越民生、工业、商业及农业,与社会之间联系极大,以致耗电很多,并已造成夏季尖峰电力之不足。在政府能源基金之赞助下,工业技术研究院已展开一个六年(199l/7一1997/6)之冷冻空调技术研究发展计划,第一阶段为期两年,(一)关健元件技术研发,(二)传统技术改善研究,(三)非电力技术评估及研发。首先,除了加强本身软硬体及其技术之建立外,也进行与企业及大专院校合作,促进技术之落实于社会。

The application of refrigeration and air conditioning is very common acrose many sectors of society in Taiwa. They are used in daily livelihood, industry, commerce and agriculture. The use of refrigeration and air conditioning has resulted in recent years power shortage during the summer peak periods. Under the auspices of the Energy Foundation the Industrial Technology Research Institute has undertaken a six year (1991/7 to 1997/6) R&D program in refrigeration and air conditioning. The first stage spans a two years' time, with emphases in key component technology. improving conventional technology and new electric air conditioning technology. Software and hardware facilities and their technologies were first established at the beginning. Also, collaboration with enterprises and educational instituions was carried out to facilitate the effective transfer of technologies developed in the research program.
