敞开式食品冷藏陈列柜(简称敞开柜)因其结构特点,对使用环境条件及使用方法有特定要求。本文就敞开柜在国内使用中出现的一些问题进行了分析,着重讨论了环境条件及使用方法对敞开柜性能的影响,并提出了一些具体实用的改善措施。

Due to its structural features, Open type Refrigerated Food Display Cases have some perticular requirements on ambient conditions and methods of use. This artical analysed some common problems in the application of open cases in China. Influences of anbient conditions and methods of use on performance of this kind of cases is discussed and some practical measures of improvement is proposed.
