摘要
对树脂结合剂CBN砂轮磨削GCr15钢的磨削力,金属切除率、表面粗糙度及磨削比的变化规律,进行了研究,并探讨了这些规律产生的机理。得出:磨削力随工件速度增加略有降低,随切入速度增加而增加;金属切除半、表面粗糙度随切入速度的增加而增加,随工件速度的变化呈极值特性;磨削比随工件速度,切入速度的变化出现极大值。并对其应用提出相应的意见及对策。
The behaviors and forming mechanism of the grinding force, metal removal rate、 grinding ratio and surface roughness of workpie- ces are studied for the grinding of GCr 15 steel with CBN weel. lt is reveal- ed that the grinding foree is reduced slightly with the increase in workpiece speed and raised with the increase in grind-in speed, and the metal removal rate and suface roughness are increased with grind-in speed and have their maximums with the increase in workpiece speed. It is also revealed that the grinding ratio has the maxnium valul with the increase both in workpiece speed and grind-in speed. Some suggustions and measures are discussed for the practical applications.
