A Study on Improving Running-in Properties of Chrome Plated Ring

本文叙述了镀铬钢领经阳极浸蚀,热处理和浸油处理后,可改善走熟期性能,延长钢丝圈的工作寿命,降低断头率,减轻钢领的磨损。

This paper presents a new technique by which the running-in properties of chrome plated ring canbe improved through positive pole soaking-out,heat treatment and oil soaking.This technique canprolong the working lifc of the travcller,reducing the end breakage of cotton yarn,and decrease thewear of the ring.Being simple and practical,this technique can be widely applied to textile industry.
