A Study on One-Step Process of Steaming Pretreatment of Coarse Cotton Sheeting

本文对棉粗平布碱氧汽蒸一步法前处理工艺进行了初探,用中心旋转法优化最佳工艺条件,经工厂大试,取得了较满意的结果,半制品质量良好。由于采用常规的化学品和汽蒸设备,成本较低,具有一定的经济效益。

Peroxide hydrogen steaming pretreatment of coarse cotton sheeting is optimized by means of theCentral Rotation Method.The optimum process is presented.Trial production on large scale showsthat the quality of the semi-product entirely reaches the level of the classical process.Because ofusing ordinary chemicals and steaming equipment,the cost of pretreatment process is lower.
