摘要
激光陀螺谐振腔与电极的封接是激光陀螺研制中的重要问题之一。本文论述了激光陀螺谐振腔与金属电极之间采用铟封接的必要性,铟封接的机理和封接方法。
Sealing of resonant cavity and metal electrodes of a laser gym is one of the important problems in development of laser gyros. Necessity of sealing the resonant cavity and the metal electrodes of a laser gyro by use of indium, and mechanism and method of indium sealing are discussed.
