儿童长骨开放性骨折的治疗探讨

TREATWENT OF OPEN FRACTURE ON CHILDEN'S LONG BONES

本文分析了24例28处儿童长骨开放性骨折采用内固定的治疗效果。并结合国内外有关文献对儿童长骨开放性骨折的特点、治疗等方面进行了探讨。认为,在清创的同时采用内固定,对骨折的愈合、损伤软组织的修复、四肢关节功能的恢复、减轻护理等方面都是有益的。

The paper andlysized the results of operation on 24 children's long bonewith 28 open fractures with the internal fixation and made a study of thecharateristics and the treatment of the open fracture with the data concernedabroad and at home.The authors pointed out that it is helpful to make an internal fixation during debridement for the healing of fracture,the renovation ofthe injured soft tissut,the recovery of joint function of limbs and the convenience of nursing.
