81例脑出血采用综合性康复治疗体会

STUDY ON 81 CASES WITH CEREBRAL HEMORRHAGE BY SYNTHESIZED CONVALESCENCE

本文对120例急性脑出血抢救存活的81例,采用主、被动功能煅炼、针炙、程控低频脉冲,光量子血液疗法、高压氧、药物等综合性康复治疗。在此同时积极处理并发症,伴发病、加强心理治疗充分调动病人康复的欲望和积极性,取得较好的效果,基本痊愈,进步率88.9％。减轻了国家、社会、家庭负担,减轻患者精神心灵的痛苦,使患者生活自理能力得到改善。
